What youll be doing
The Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve revenue targets by developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving team performance. This role involves recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to maximize business growth.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives or account executives.

Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

What skills and experience you'll bring to us

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

3–5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
