What you'll be doing

The National Alliance Network Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships and alliance networks across the country. This role plays a critical part in identifying mutually beneficial relationships, building partner engagement strategies, and driving joint business development efforts. The ideal candidate brings a mix of relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution skills to grow the organization's footprint through collaborative partnerships.

You will be responsible for...

  • Build and manage a portfolio of national alliance partners, including identifying new partnership opportunities that align with company goals.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive joint revenue, brand presence, and market expansion.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its alliance network, ensuring clear communication and value delivery.

  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and service-level agreements that support mutual success.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, product, operations) to integrate partner solutions and align on shared initiatives.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with alliance partners to track performance, resolve issues, and identify areas for growth.

  • Represent the company at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand reputation.

  • Maintain and report on key metrics such as partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI of alliance programs.

  • Ensure partner enablement by providing training, marketing collateral, and support resources.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management.

  • Proven track record of building and managing national partner or channel networks.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify win-win opportunities and drive execution.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management tools.

  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 25–40% of the time.
