WHAT WE NEED:
Your job is to establish win/win partnerships with existing and new alliances through a transparent, metric-driven approach. Your job is essential to the successful evolution of our National Accounts division. You will report directly to the Director of National Operations.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

• Are you an effective communicator? You will need to make cold calls and pitches to potential alliance partners.
• Can you negotiate? You will need to listen, and pivot based on your audience.
• Are you goal oriented? This position will have clear goals as a benchmark for success.
• What is your educational background? Do you have the proper education to be successful?

A TYPICAL DAY:
● Analyze data to identify target markets
● Devise sourcing strategies for new alliances
● Discover profitable alliances and initiate business partnerships
● Negotiate to secure advantageous business terms
● Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
● Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
● Procure secondary alliances in preferred markets
● Anticipate future demand and proactively ensure appropriate resources per market
● Develop and maintain alliance roster and sub agreements
● Resolve alliance issues regarding quoting or project management
● Develop and maintain alliance unit costing
● Manage annual/bi-annual contracts for preferred alliances
● Work with each satellite office and assist in bidding national work.
● Source alliance members in satellite locations whose services complement or enhance our local capabilities.
● Create and manage a national cost book in every satellite to assist sales in the bidding process.
