What you'll be doing

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to help guide strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This role works closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to assess trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights that drive customer engagement and business growth.

You will be responsible for...

• Analyze marketing performance data from various channels (digital, social, email, web, paid media) to identify trends and opportunities.

• Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports on key marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, etc.).

• Conduct customer and market research to support segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.

• Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with digital marketers and content creators to ensure data-driven campaign planning.

• Track and analyze competitor marketing strategies and industry benchmarks.

• Monitor and report on website traffic, user behavior, and SEO/SEM performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Support marketing attribution modeling and lead scoring efforts in coordination with sales.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence strategic planning.
