Job Description
Summary
Responsibilities
Web Content Specialist
• Responsible for the development and implementation of content on websites, including landing pages and microsites.
• Works with outside vendor to implement a final layout.
• Responsible for updating the blog on the website.
• Responsible for coordinating, publishing and reporting email campaigns.
SEO
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
• Growing blog / email subscribers, converting visitors into leads, and expanding our overall reach.
• Managing both on-page SEO and off-page SEO
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
Social Media Analyst
• Collects and analyzes data related to social media marketing campaigns.
• Assists in identifying appropriate social media channels for their specific business needs, and tailors campaigns to the target audience.
• Tracks performance of various social media initiatives and develops/implements changes to improve business results.
General Marketing
• Assists in the writing, editing content, and publishing of various marketing literature.
• Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML and JavaScript programming language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
• An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustration a plus, but not required

Skills
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Ability to apply general mathematical concepts.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing.
Salary
