What You'll Do:

As an HR & Recruiting Intern, you'll work closely with our Human Resources team to support the full recruitment cycle and various HR initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases
• Screening resumes and assisting with initial outreach
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Helping update and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system)
• Assisting with onboarding new hires
• Supporting employee engagement projects and internal communications
• Helping organizescompany events and learning sessions
• Performing administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Notion, or an ATS is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and pitch in wherever needed
