What you'll be doing

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling to help drive business performance and improve profitability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of communicating insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

You will be responsible for...

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

• Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts.

• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.

• Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business strategy and operations.

• Partner with various departments to collect data and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Participate in process improvements and system enhancements for better financial analysis and reporting.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related area.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.

• Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
