What you'll be doing

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing-including digital, brand, communications, content, and campaign strategy-while managing a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

You will be responsible for...

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.

• Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and channels.

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and online advertising.

• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

• Develop marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources and ROI.

• Direct and mentor the marketing team, including managers, designers, content creators, and analysts.

• Measure the performance of all marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.

• Oversee public relations, corporate communications, and media outreach efforts.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing supports revenue and growth objectives.

• Manage relationships with outside agencies, vendors, and partners.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.

• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.

• Experience in brand building, demand generation, and content marketing.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Creative thinker with a strong grasp of emerging marketing trends and technologies.
