What you'll be doing

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Capital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of major capital projects, including infrastructure, facility upgrades, and large-scale equipment installations. The Capital Project Manager is responsible for managing budgets, timelines, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

You will be responsible for...

• Lead and manage all phases of capital projects from conceptual design through construction and close-out.

• Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, design professionals, engineers, and contractors.

• Ensure projects meet all safety, environmental, code, and regulatory standards.

• Prepare detailed project documentation including cost estimates, timelines, reports, and justifications.

• Monitor and control project budgets; track expenditures and manage change orders.

• Oversee procurement processes for contractors, consultants, and materials.

• Facilitate communication among project team members, vendors, and leadership.

• Conduct site inspections and project meetings to ensure quality and progress.

• Manage the permitting process and coordinate with local authorities as needed.

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience managing capital or infrastructure projects.

• Proven success in managing budgets of $1M+ and complex construction or renovation projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and project delivery systems.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• PMP, PE, or similar certification strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with applicable building codes, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
